Primate at FAC
Hello! As a previous reviewer of Primate at FAC it would be great if you could have another look at the article. The FAC has been restarted, and any comments would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, Jack (talk) 17:24, 1 December 2008 (UTC)
- Sorry, I don't think I'll have the time to give it the attention it deserves. Giggy (talk) 22:51, 1 December 2008 (UTC)
- No worries. Cheers, Jack (talk) 22:53, 1 December 2008 (UTC)
Portal:Schools
Hi Giggy, I know you're no longer a featured portal director, but if you get the chance do you think you could take an objective look at Portal:Schools which is up for featured portal? I haven't received additional input from User:RichardF since August and the only other commentator supported in September. Many thanks, --Jh12 (talk) 17:57, 1 December 2008 (UTC)

Arbcom vote
FYI I think you voted on WJBscribe's page with your bot account by mistake. [1] I removed the vote, but just want to let you know so you don't forget that one on your real account. Cheers! Prodego talk 23:22, 3 December 2008 (UTC)
- You are correct, I was logged into the wrong account by accident. I undid and resigned. Giggy (talk) 23:23, 3 December 2008 (UTC)
Get your ass back in here
Excuse me while I don't sugar-coat this: Get back to work. Do you understand what happens when all of the good editors get frustrated and leave? The morons win and the encyclopedia turns into an even bigger steaming pile of dog crap than it currently is. You are near the top of my unpublished list of the top editors on the project who actually have a clue, and you damn well should have been an administrator twenty times over by now. You can't control the proliferation of stupid people on Wikipedia, but you definitely can choose not to become one of them by quitting.
Com'on back. This place needs you. Trusilver 18:33, 5 December 2008 (UTC)
- Seconded. WesleyDodds (talk) 12:03, 7 December 2008 (UTC)

- I'm sorry to see you've left, but I don't join in with the urges for you to come back. While it'd be great to have you return, the choice is ultimately up to you and your decision to leave should be respected. If you decide not to come back, I hope your endeavours off-wiki will be just as fruitful as they have been on-wiki. Best, —Anonymous DissidentTalk 14:45, 7 December 2008 (UTC)

- How can WP:AUS get 200 GAs without you? YellowMonkey (bananabucket) 03:21, 8 December 2008 (UTC)
- I don't see why you take the views of a single contributor so seriously. A lot of people say things I disagree with (some very very strongly so), I just put it down to diversity of opinion. Orderinchaos 07:52, 8 December 2008 (UTC)
You may have December off; after that, The Work Assignments Committee will have messages for you. Cheers, Jack Merridew 11:27, 10 December 2008 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Powderfinger-Thrilloilogy-21sec.ogg)
Thanks for uploading Image:Powderfinger-Thrilloilogy-21sec.ogg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 07:02, 14 December 2008 (UTC)

Peer Review 3 (Odexed)
Thanks for assisting in the improvement for the article Odex's actions against file-sharing, and please accept my apologies for the previous lack of response and edits due to dealing with real-life issues. I'm pleased to let you know that the third PR for the article is now up, and looking forward to hearing feedback from you so that it can be brought over to FAC soon. - Best regards, Mailer Diablo 22:56, 18 December 2008 (UTC)
Hallelujah
Seeing as I'm racking my brains trying to think of some music article editors... do you want to help get Hallelujah (Leonard Cohen song) to FA by next June (2009)? Seeing as you've done a lot of song FAs, you may know what to do. Ta, Sceptre (talk) 21:19, 20 December 2008 (UTC)
