Title

edit

The author's name is spelled "H.J.Kaeser" in the title of this article, but is typeset as "H.J. Kaeser" in every other source I can find. In standard English, initials (such as J.K. Rowling or J.R.R. Tolkien) are sometimes typeset with names between initialized letters (e.g. J. K. Rowling), but are never typeset without a space before the author's family name if said family name is not itself initialized. If this is not how the author typesets her name on purpose (e.g. bpNichol), then this article should be moved to H.J. Kaeser; if not, my changes re: name typesetting should be reverted.
