Confusion
editI have now come across references that suggest that James was her father [1], brother [2] and in starting this article User:Afro-Caribe makes the unreferenced claim that he was her husband. --Derek Andrews (talk) 23:45, 30 May 2018 (UTC)
Arabella and James Fields
editI have found proof from the 1894 and 1902 passports for James Fields, that he was indeed the husband of entertainer Arabella Fields, not her father/brother as was falsely presumed by previous researchers in the past. Afro-Caribe (talk) 01:05, 31 May 2018 (UTC)
- Can you provide a reference for this? Are the passports published anywhere? We really do need references for this article, without which it can not be verified and is most likely going to be changed. I would also point out that this is starting to sound like original research. --Derek Andrews (talk) 23:43, 31 May 2018 (UTC)
Died in Hamburg in 1933?
editI found a site that claims she passed away in Hamburg in 1933 - https://www.blackpast.org/global-african-history/people-global-african-history/arabella-fields-1879-1933/. Skycloud86 (talk) 15:30, 12 September 2022 (UTC)
