edit

I gave some advice on Wikipedia:Help desk. Maybe to improve the article you should learn and use the different citation templates. If you want you should read WP:CITE, WP:FOOT, and {{Cite web}}. mabdul 13:18, 6 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

Thank you. I will work to resolve the issues cited by the editors of Wikipedia. I am also working on another article for the late Robert Jani, who is noted as the "Father of Special Events." Hopefully I can link these articles together and will try to find others in the same industry to link.Cmckibben (talk) 20:27, 18 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Editing Andrea Elizabeth Michaels for a more neutral presentation.

edit

I have edited this entry substantially to present a neutral, unbiased presentation. I have also added Wikipedia links for "Event Planning," "Tommy Walker" and "Robert(Bob) Jani so that it would not be an "orphan." Walker and Jani, both deceased, were in the same event planning/production business as Michaels.

Please let me know if the work done here has resolved the issues attached to it.

Thank you. Cmckibben (talk) 20:56, 24 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

1. As Michaels' publicist, you still have a massive conflict of interest and should never have been involved in this article at all. See our guidelines for best practices when one has a conflict of interest.
2. Michaels' self-published vanity autobiography is not a reliable source for anything of substance, and all material sourced to it should be replaced with something from better sources. --165.189.32.4 (talk) 13:09, 28 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for your comments. I will see what I can do to resolve these issues.Cmckibben (talk) 20:13, 28 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

I have replaced the material sourced to Andrea Michael's business biography with sources written by others. I have eliminated material that could not be substantiated. I have cited her business biography 3 times - once to name it; once to indicate it was the source of information regarding her son's birth and finally to indicate that she legally changed her name. I'm not quite sure where else to verify her son's birth date or that she legally changed her name which I could only find in the biography. I can remove these references if they are a problem. However, there are 46 endnotes (references) in total supporting the remainder of the entry. I eliminated what I could not verify with legitimate sources otherwise. Please advise if this is acceptable or what more I can do to make it so. Thank you so much. Cmckibben (talk) 00:13, 31 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
