Treason as literature

To editor Hawkeye7: "I would be very surprised to learn that any President since Roosevelt had appropriate clearance." I'm not sure what you mean by this. So your assertion is that the POTUS doesn't have a need to know and is therefore refused access, or that the average POTUS doesn't care and so never finds out? Is this your assertion or does the book say that? Chris Troutman (talk) 21:34, 20 March 2018 (UTC)
