Motorcycle club edits

edit

When you do an edit to a page, you might want to check it before saving by clicking on "Show Preview" to ensure that things are kosher. You edited the MC links, which subsequently broke them. If you wish to make a link look like this, the directions are in this link.

Personally, I believe the list of notable MCs is getting WAY too huge, but I'm not gonna take unilateral action on it.

Regards,

Thanks for fixing the links. I did preview the page before saving, but obviously my brain wasn't engaged when I broke them. I was mostly just linking up those clubs that were unlinked to either their wiki article (preferably) or their official website if one existed. Looking back on my edits, I don't know what the heck I was trying to accomplish with the links that already existed.Wkyirqi 23:58, 11 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Notable MCs

edit

I found a reference to help the WP:V issue re Yonkers MC and SFMC, updated the latter article, created the former article, and re-added them as notable to Motorcycle club. I thought you'd want to know. Mmoyer 03:05, 31 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned fair use image (Image:Logo wikipedia.gif)

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Logo wikipedia.gif. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. AfD nomination of Vampires Motorcycle Club

edit

An editor has nominated Vampires Motorcycle Club, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not"). Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Vampires Motorcycle Club and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. Resurgent insurgent 2007-04-19 15:32Z

I strongly encourage you to weigh in on the debate at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Vampires Motorcycle Club. You have added much of the articles content and your opinion deserves to be heard. Mmoyer 01:54, 21 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Image:Org-patch1.jpg

edit

I have tagged Image:Org-patch1.jpg as {{orphaned fairuse}}. In order for the image to be kept at Wikipedia, it must be included in at least one article. If this image is being used as a link target instead of displayed inline, please add {{not orphan}} to the image description page to prevent it being accidentally marked as orphaned again.
