this and this are 2 excellent places to start. Basically, we can't have articles which are pure advertisements or that do not show why the subject of the article is important. The article you created didn't have either characteristic. I'll recreate it and move it to your userspace at User:Tssys\resumini so you can work on it before resubmitting it. More guidelines you should read are Your first article and, most importantly, Wikipedia is not for things made up one day. You already said that this is something you made up, so unfortunately it almost certainly can't be included, since it is not notable.
