Ira Einhorn

Please do not insert fringe or undue content into articles, as you did to Ira Einhorn. An article should not give undue weight to any aspects of the subject but should strive to treat each aspect with a weight appropriate to its significance to the subject. Please use the article's talk page to discuss the material and its appropriate weight within the article.

To be clear, your repeated addition of statements in court presents undue weight and WP:BLP problems, not the least of which are reliable sourcing of the claims and noteworthiness thereof. An entire section dedicated to Earth Day is undue. I encourage you to discuss at talk instead of reverting. In the alternative, please post at WP:BLPN. Cheers. JFHJr () 05:01, 12 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

To be clear JFHJr, you undid a valid revision in blatant POV so I encourage you to read the actual articles instead of inserting your opinion. Cheers. () 5:10, 12 May 2012 (UTC)

Your recent editing history at Ira Einhorn shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. This isn't a warning - but a caution to tell you, that you may be close to violating WP:3RR. Please discuss issues on the article's talk page (here) Thank you, -- MSTR (Chat Me!) 05:13, 12 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button   or   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 06:12, 12 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Assume Good faith

It's suggested that Wikipedia editors assume that others are editing with good intentions. See:

Wikipedia Help Survey

edit

Hi there, my name's Peter Coombe and I'm a Wikimedia Community Fellow working on a project to improve Wikipedia's help system. At the moment I'm trying to learn more about how people use and find the current help pages. If you could help by filling out this brief survey about your experiences, I'd be very grateful. It should take less than 10 minutes, and your responses will not be tied to your username in any way.

Thank you for your time,
