Request reason:

Caught by a web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 5.22.135.241. While I do have Tor Browser open right now, I'm writing this from Ungoogled Chromium, which doesn't use Tor. Maybe this is because my ISP is also a web hosting provider?

Accept reason:

I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused by the block and have removed it. Welcome back ~ ToBeFree (talk) 21:47, 16 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

@ToBeFree: Would you mind taking a look at this block, please? It appears that ccc offers a residential package, and the range resolution doesn't look webhost-ey. My only concern is the possibility of this being a zombie proxy based on xbl results from 2 days ago. SQLQuery me! 21:37, 16 January 2021 (UTC)Reply
Thank you very much, SQL; I didn't expect this IP address to be residential. Unblocked ~ ToBeFree (talk) 21:47, 16 January 2021 (UTC)Reply
