I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Oh yeah, I almost forgot, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Again, welcome!

License tagging for File:Macrobond logo.svg

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Macrobond logo.svg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 15:05, 12 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

Macrobond reference source for Baltic Dry Index

edit

Hello Pqd,

I received your message on my talk page about Macrobond, on the Baltic Dry Index article. The reason that I removed that link was because Macrobond is a vendor service that provides information as a paid product. Also, it only included a link to the landing page for Macrobond. If you can provide a link to a page that is publically accessible on the Macrobond website, that provides information about the Baltic Dry Index in particular, I will gladly consider restoring the Macrobond link to such a page. Let me know on my talk page, if you find anything that meets those criteria.

While Wikipedia doesn't consider paid services in general as appropriate references or citations, it is certainly true that many paid services also provide information pages about financial indices or products that are informative and don't require any payment to view by the general public. I would be open to suggestions if you can find anything like that on the Macrobond website.--FeralOink (talk) 06:35, 10 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
