I'm not sure what citations would be missing. There are twenty references in the article.

Oh...I see. You asked for "reliable sources." Without knowing which ones you considered unreliable (although I might guess at a few), this will be difficult to correct.

Hmmm...

The reason for declining the article is given as "submission is unsourced or contains only unreliable sources." The article is clearly sourced so the only remaining reason is that it contains only unreliable sources. This is certainly not true. There may be some sources which you may find questionable, but that is far from being the same as saying all of them are.

I will have to ask what is wrong with these:
