Assignment 1

edit

Thanks for clearing up any confusion about this assignment! I made a few very minor edits to your sandbox. Can you see what they are and can you tell why I did them? Hint: look at your [history page]. I will tell you that I am not sure that my changes are 100% correct WP formatting, but I know that they are closer.

Also on your sandbox history page, you will see that one of your edits has been tagged. Can you find the tag and figure out why it has been added? Biolprof (talk) 15:58, 26 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for responding on my Talk page. I think the problem is not the reference to your high school but rather that you have written an article about yourself in your sandbox. While the purpose of the sandbox is to experiment and learn how to use WP, it is also the place where editors begin working on articles for creation. Writing your own biography is strictly forbidden, so I believe this is why it was tagged. At some point, you should probably remove all of the references to yourself from your sandbox, but no rush for now. Biolprof (talk) 17:03, 26 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

refs

edit

When you add refs to an article, please do not use links that depend on your school network. Thanks. Jytdog (talk) 16:43, 15 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

Sorry! Didn't realize that link only worked on my network. Won't happen again. Would I be able to include that article if I didn't link it to an exclusive database? Thanks! Estephe9 (talk) 16:46, 15 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Cloning, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Cell, Tissue and Samuel Wood (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Just keep walking forward, like this lil kitten!

Ran into User: RegOH today as well! Good luck on your Spanish paper.

Good job starting the Wikipedia love. I sent User: Jfriend2 this coffee too but we are pretending it's Shots because Wikipedia won't let me send actual shots. Good luck writing this Spanish paper. Mine is going badly. RegOH (talk) 04:53, 14 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
