Reference formating

In the Raw veganism article, I replaced the format you used for the Rizzo citation with a more commonly used format. The latter goes to the PubMed abstract for the article rather than directly to the journal. This is preferred. If you want to use this format, go to https://tools.wmflabs.org/citation-template-filling/cgi-bin/index.cgi and there enter the PMID number for the article (from bottom of PubMed listing of the abstract). When you insert it into the article you will need to add the ref stuff (< >) at both ends. Click on edit to see what it looks like.
