Welcome!

{{helpme}} I want to make my mouse change. I wanna make a new mouse cursor.. see my .. userpage

See here. But you should change articles, not cursors. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, nobody cares about your cursor. fetch·comms 21:52, 9 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Hello, DJOCODY, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, like RGF, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for page creation, and may soon be deleted.

You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles. See the Article Wizard.

Thank you.

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. Speedy deletion nomination of RGF

edit

A tag has been placed on RGF requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for web content. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Are you still looking for help?

edit

If so - please feel free to respond right here.  7  01:48, 19 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Thanks, 7, for undoing that edit. DJO CODY, please add new messages at the bottom of peoples' talk pages, not the middle of other comments.  fetchcomms 01:51, 19 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
No prob. Still wondering if DJO CODY needs help though...  7  02:09, 19 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

im still neww to this stuff... how do i tell people of RGF? OR RIS (DJO CODY (talk) 01:03, 27 January 2010 (UTC))(helpme)Reply

Please don't add random messages to my talk page. the correct help message is {{helpme}}. You can tell people about them on sites like Wikia or Webs. As it seems that the person is not notable, their article has been deleted.  fetchcomms 01:09, 27 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
You need to add message at the bottom of peoples' talk pages, not in the middle of other's messages. Adding messages within others' messages, or deleting other messages on others' talk pages is extremely rude.  fetchcomms 15:41, 27 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Adoption

edit

As I write this, you have not edited for four months. I am currently assuming you are no longer an active user; if this changes in the future, please contact me to reactivate you adoption. strdst_grl (call me Stardust) 15:07, 3 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Hey, sorry. Just a policy I came up with to keep the page in order. I've reinstated you. strdst_grl (call me Stardust) 20:40, 9 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
Do you mean gadgets or things like userboxes and other decorations? strdst_grl (call me Stardust) 20:46, 9 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Both. mainly decerations and stuff..

Well, the Design Centre has lots of suggestions for starting out. Try looking at other userpages. Don't worry too much about adding tools - they are only useful if you plan to use them frequently. strdst_grl (call me Stardust) 20:54, 9 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
I've moved this discussion to my adoption page, please post any further questions there and check there for my answers. strdst_grl (call me Stardust) 21:01, 9 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Dde facto/degree separation

edit

A tag has been placed on Dde facto/degree separation requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Speedy deletion nomination of User talk:DJO CODY/Republic of Independent Systems

edit

A tag has been placed on User talk:DJO CODY/Republic of Independent Systems, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you.  Ronhjones  (Talk) 22:30, 16 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, but a recent edit of yours to the article Wikipedia:Red link has an edit summary that appears to be inaccurate or inappropriate. Please use edit summaries that accurately tell other editors what you did, and feel free to use the sandbox for any tests you may want to do. Thank you. Please consider this your last warning.  7  22:42, 16 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
