Tennis

edit

The tennis depth on Wikipedia is brilliant. However, I feel that a seasonal statistic page should be created. This would detail individual ATP and WTA seasons. It would also include titles, rankings, yearly rankings, win percentage and other relevant factors. I believe that this would provide a comprehensive overview detailing many tennis seasons, and key numbers. 20CWight (talk) 18:55, 28 April 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Novo Tape. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse or the Help desk. Thanks.   Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did at Casper Ruud, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use your sandbox for that. Thank you. I might just go around and do more vandalising then! 20CWight (talk) 17:20, 17 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
Please don't. There are plenty of ways to edit constructively. Sincerely, Novo Tape (She/Her)My Talk Page 17:22, 17 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Big Three (tennis). Sincerely, Novo Tape (She/Her)My Talk Page 17:53, 17 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

@Novo Tape Why was I immediately blocked without any further misuse of Wikipedia from this point forward? This message states that I may be blocked the next time I vandalise Wikipedia. I did not vandalise it again after this. 20CWight (talk) 15:21, 18 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
I'm not the user who blocked you (that'd be Widr). If I had to guess, it'd be because your account is currently being used only for vandalism. You can make an unblock request but it's not going to be granted unless the sysops feel you are unlikely to vandalize again. Sincerely, Novo Tape (She/Her)My Talk Page 15:30, 18 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
Thank you for your response. So, an indefinite block are said to not mean infinite, yet this block was stated as being permanent below by @Ponyo. Is this irreversible for good? 20CWight (talk) 17:23, 18 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
You can try to appeal it, but there is no guarantee you will be unblocked. It's permanent in that it'll last until you appeal and your request is granted. Sincerely, Novo Tape (She/Her)My Talk Page 17:27, 18 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
Thank you. I will wait a while (maybe next year) before I try to appeal it. 20CWight (talk) 18:02, 18 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
Make sure to mention your creation of the Carlos576 account as some sort of "good hand" account to point out your vandalism with this account. -- Ponyobons mots 19:06, 18 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent further vandalism.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Widr (talk) 19:07, 17 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
