Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Battle of Romania, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Allied Powers. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Thank you for uploading File:Samvel Shahramanyan 1.jpg. However, it is currently missing information on its copyright and licensing status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can verify that it has an acceptable license status and a verifiable source. Please add this information by editing the image description page. You may refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Vladlen Manilov / 10:00, 12 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Category:Battles of the Serbo-Bulgarian War

edit

A tag has been placed on Category:Battles of the Serbo-Bulgarian War indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and removing the speedy deletion tag. Liz Read! Talk! 17:22, 13 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

License tagging for File:Ossetian cavalery WW1.jpeg

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Ossetian cavalery WW1.jpeg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 14:30, 30 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Introduction to contentious topics

edit

You have recently edited a page related to Armenia, Azerbaijan, or related conflicts, a topic designated as contentious. This standard message is designed as an introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.

A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have special powers in order to reduce disruption to the project.

Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:

  • adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
  • comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
  • follow editorial and behavioural best practice;
  • comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
  • refrain from gaming the system.

Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic here. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template.

War over Zangezur moved to draftspace

edit

Thanks for your contributions to War over Zangezur. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and the article is based almost entirely on the account of a single historian. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Paul Vaurie (talk) 17:23, 30 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

edit

  Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Armenian–Azerbaijani war (1918–1920) into another page. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. SamX [talk · contribs] 02:04, 31 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

The book which I cited has many sources in it, please read it. لهثسن (talk) 08:40, 1 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
For a Wikipedia article to be published, it must be notable. To prove that something is notable, you must cite to multiple independent sources, not just one book. Best, voorts (talk/contributions) 13:19, 1 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

My block

edit

So I wanted to answer to the accusations on the Page but I couldn't so I want to answer them here:

1: I restored the "Suppored by" in the 2001 insurgency in Macedonia because I saw it on the Russian Wikipedia and I thought it might be better to add it (On the first time I added it on the wrong side so I needed to redo it 😅).

2: I like to add flags to the infoboxes because it's kinda better to view (I hope you understand please reach out to me if you don't understand what I mean).

3: I reverted the edit of Second Battle of Sadakhlo because for me the page was good (Sorry if I caused trouble with that too :( ).

4: I have the same edits as @Nugoooo because (I think) that we both are interested in the same things (Turkish-Georgian war, Giorgi Mazniashvili etc.) because im Armenian and im interested in the History of the Caucasus and that why maybe we have the same edits.

5: Yes, the accounts @LewonK on YT @Qwertz169 @لهثسنك are mine, I can explain why. So, @LewonK on YT was my main account for a while but then I got blocked for 30 days so I created @Qwertz169 (which I don't use anymore) and created one page, after this I created this account on my Computer . On the next day I forgot my Password for this Account so I created @لهثسنك, but after this I realized that you can change your Password so I changed it and now I use only this Account.

6: Im not a sockpuppet of @NgfUK because I think that @NgfUK uses a VPN because I live in Germany.

@Ivanvector please read everything and rethink your decision of blocking me. Thank you. لهثسن (talk) 10:03, 4 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
