How's it hangin' McFly?

Continuation of my previous efforts on Wikipedia by IP only or under older accounts.

I tend to correct/reword/add details to a lot of things I like, often music, film, literature, video game related (the arts in general) and try to express things in the most informative and neutral manner without sounding too convoluted or pretentious. I also enjoy vandalizing pages from time to time - DON'T tell mom! I have zero tolerance for bullshit, biased points of view, lack of rationality, lack of humanity in editing and people who take things too seriously; should someone display these traits, they should familiarize themselves with the driving force behind my persistence that they'll be dealing with.

Access to information is important and Wikipedia facilitates that access well. Its utilisation? Still at an extreme low. On a whole, we'd rather use the internet to prove a point than educate ourselves.

Everyone here constitutes a small piece of a larger picture, one that should aid and inform humankind for generations - hopefully far more loving and appreciative than mine - to come. I love and have supported Wikipedia over the years both financially and simply by believing in its mission. Focusing on how a nearly bulletproof idea could even still be better. To construct and represent accessible knowledge. Not entertain the petty and insignificant.

We'll be gone in an instant; our words will remain. Keep that in mind.

About me

edit

This can't possibly be interesting to read.

I make some tunes from time to time (sometimes with a band) and play with sound for -and- as a living. It speaks for me often, so I do not need to.

I'd put something here about my most loved bands, films et al but I really have no interest in filling up this profile with opinions and little badges or stars that show for me where I'm from/what I do/how great I am for being (and sometimes not being) a dick on the internet's sixth most visited website.
