Roxann Abrams is a well respectedStrategic Planning Consultant. She is CEO of her own consulting firm, Roxann Abrams Inc in the greater Los Angeles area of Southern California. Ms. Abrams is also the Founder and Executive Director of Operation:I.V., Inc, a Veterans Services 501(c(3) Nonprofit organization.

Roxann has recently graduated from Southern California Institute of Law in Ventura CA and is currently awaiting her Ca Bar Exam results. She will be practicing business law to benefit her business consulting clients and specializing in VA Benefits and Veterans Law to support our Combat Veterans.

Roxann is also is a Gold Star Mother. President of the Ventura/Oxnard Chapter in Southern California. Roxann became a Gold Star Mother after losing her oldest son, SFC Randy Abrams, to PTSD suicide in 2009 after returning from his 3rd tour in Iraq. He took his life during a PTSD flashback on February 17,2009 while he was sleeping,the night before he was to report to Drill Sgt School at Ft. Benning GA. PTSD In honor of him Roxann founded Operation:I.V. - "an Intravenous of help for an Iraq/Afghanistan Veteran"non profit organization Ventura [1]. She also serves as Executive Director of Operation: I.V.

Personal Life

Roxann Abrams is a widow. Her husband, Larry Abrams, died of colon cancer in 1996. Riverside, CA. She has three children. called, Operation: I.V., Inc. She now resides in Los Angeles, CA.

Early Career

Roxann became an entrepreneur as a teenager when she began babysitting. She has spent most of her adult life as a Strategic Planner/ProjectManager consultant and business owner.

She owned Abrams Family Daycare in Riverside CA from 1986 to 1996. She also was the Project Manager for her husbands contracting business until hie death in 1996.

She then worked for AT&T Wireless in both inside and outside Business to Business Sales where she was recognized as being the #1 Sales Representative for Southern California's Retail Division.
