Personal life

William Constantine Sexton Nickname Koka Sexton was born in Concord, California. He moved around as a kid living in Fairfield, California and Rio Vista, California before moving back to Concord when he was 15 years old.

After completing his contract in the Army, he got married and lives in Concord California.

Military Career

Enlisted in the US Army Reserves at the age of 22 because he wanted to serve a greater cause than himself. Went to Basic Training in Alabama at Fort McClellan and was trained in Military Police tactics and procedure. After Basic Training was attached to the 341st Military Police Company located in San Jose, California.

Koka was deployed to the Balkans in 2001 in support of SFOR 7 with his unit where he was a gunner for convoy missions into Bosnia, Croatia as well as base security at Taszár Air Base in Hungary. He returned from this deployment a week before the attacks on 9/11/01.

In March 2003 his unit was deployed again for Operation Iraqi Freedom and spent 13 months in Iraq stationed at Camp Anaconda. His units missions' had them patrolling and moving supplies along the city streets and highways of Baghdad.
