I am generally flexible when voting at RfA, but there are some factors that influence my vote.

Edit count Candidate has less than 5000 edits. Candidate has between 5000 and 10000 edits. Candidate has more than 10000 edits.
Mainspace edits Candidate has less than 3000 mainspace edits. Candidate has between 3000 and 5000 mainspace edits. Candidate has more than 5000 mainspace edits.
Wikipedia namespace edits Candidate has less than 500 Wikipedia namespace edits. Candidate has between 500 and 1000 Wikipedia namespace edits. Candidate has more than 1000 Wikipedia namespace edits.
Blocks Candidate has been blocked within the past 6 months. (INSTANT OPPOSE) Candidate has been blocked between 6 and 12 months before the RfA. Candidate has not been blocked within the last 12 months.
Tenure Candidate has only been editing Wikipedia for less than one year. Candidate has been editing Wikipedia for between one and two years. Candidate has been editing Wikipedia for more than two years.

Non factors

  • Content creation ~ not terribly important for all admins. It won’t hurt to get a GA or two and have increased chances at passing.
  • Recall ~ Won’t hurt to add yourself to this either.
