Personal Notes

edit

I am Adam Keller, Israeli, born 1955, married and the father of a son born in 1984 from a previous relationship. I live in Holon which is a lower middle class suburb of Tel-Aviv (actually a part of Tel-Aviv but it has its own municipality), quite a nice place with many pleasant parks, and the people are nice and of a variety of backgrounds (many Russian Israelis who arrived in the 1990's, a large community of Iranian Israelis who are mostly shopkeepers, also one of the world's only two surviving communities of Samaritans (as in the Good Samaritan of the New Testament). Still, snobs who want to live in a "fashionable" place would not choose to live here (I don't miss them).

I have studied History in Tel Aviv University and am fond of Science Fiction and thrillers. (If you look up my contributions to Wikipedia you can deduce as much). A large part of my time is spent as a peace activist, working for ending the Occupation and getting peace with the Palestinians, which is the only way to ensure our own long term survival in the Middle East. If you want to know about what I and my friends in Gush Shalom (The Israeli Peace Bloc) are about, you can look up [1].
