Template causing superflous }} to be shown in articles edit

This template is causing }} to be shown in the lead of every article where it is used. Someone that is knowledgable in template-construction should probably take a look and figure out where the problem is in this template. --Saddhiyama (talk) 19:38, 30 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

I've looked a few pages with this template on it and see no curly brackets in the lead of any of them... Ma®©usBritish{chat} 20:13, 30 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
I also posted on the Help desk, and apparently it wasn't this template but {{Campaignbox Napoleonic Wars}}. It is fixed now. Sorry for the inconvenience. --Saddhiyama (talk) 20:16, 30 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
Ah, I see. No worries. Cheers, Ma®©usBritish{chat} 20:21, 30 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

One of the beliggerents is the Kingdom Holland; by 1805, this was still the Batavian Republic. Regards, Mohawkmarcje / Marc Geerdink-Schaftenaar, the Netherlands. 217.121.204.214 (talk) 18:33, 22 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

Not done: For the majority of the Napoleonic Wars, it was the Kingdom of Holland; per the principle of least astonishment, the link should really go to that article. Sceptre (talk) 15:24, 2 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

Not done. Why? There are many entries that already follow this format? –Deacon Vorbis (carbon • videos) 17:53, 9 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
Louis XVIII of France redirects to Louis XVIII. 72.208.178.248 (talk) 18:09, 9 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Change Louis XVIII of France to Louis XVIII and Prince Charles John of Sweden to Prince Charles John of Sweden. 72.208.178.248 (talk) 00:55, 15 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Links to redirects should not be "fixed" simply because they link to a redirect. Is there a more specific reason you believe the link should be written differently? Anon126 (notify me of responses! / talk / contribs) 05:10, 16 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
