Displays a map with 10 key historic sites in the vicinity of Leicester Castle and the Newarke. It uses {{OSM Location map}} which in turn calls a template which pulls in the Open Street Map base map and overlays it with the various marks and labels.

Usage

edit

Three optional parameters:-

float=
left, right or center to place the map accordingly. Default is right.
width=
defaults to 255. It does not change the scale of the map, so much bigger and it will look a bit lost, much smaller and it will crop off some information. Mostly this just allows fine tuning of a width to match up with an infobox layout etc.
height=
as with width, changing this is unlikely to be helpful, but included for consistency.

It will look fine with default parameters, or float left if being used within a 'See also' section.

If greater control or variation is needed, simply paste the whole source text directly into your article, and remove the three parameter bits, (with the triple curly braces). Please don't edit this template unless the changes you make will make sense on all the pages it is used on.
