Actually this is only true of the section of the history of both tribes in the time of Caesar. As an editor of these articles I would go so far as say that Wikipedia has been forcing itself to emphasize that period beyond others by artificially merging the two tribes. Splitting will allow the difference to become more apparent. By the way this was first discussed at Tencteri and Usipetes, and it was pointed out that Usipi already has its own article, but this is normally simply considered a later period spelling.
