Outdated ballot access map for RFK Jr. campaign
editHi,
I've noticed that the ballot access maps for RFK Jr.'s campaign are outdated. CA, HI, UT, MI and OK are correctly colored, while DE and NH aren't colored bright green, though they should be.
Thanks, David O. Johnson (talk) 22:38, 14 May 2024 (UTC)
- The Reform Party of Florida has restored Ballot access. That party joined up with Alliance for 2020 and the Reform party and Alliance Party have nominated RFK Jr. Can we confirm whether or not the Florida branch is doing the same or not? Thecommander236 (talk) 03:44, 11 June 2024 (UTC)
- Yes the Reform Party of Florida nominated RFK. It's already sourced; see [1]. I'm going to go ahead and revert your latest edit to the article. David O. Johnson (talk) 03:58, 11 June 2024 (UTC)

Kennedy in Florida
editSince the Reform Party in Florida nominated Kennedy, it bypasses the signature gathering process. [2], [3]. David O. Johnson (talk) 11:59, 17 June 2024 (UTC)
Note About Eligibility for Electoral Votes?
editShould there be a note on the Kennedy line that his campaign is currently constitutionally ineligible to receive the electoral votes in California if they happen to win the state? When both the president and the vice president are from the same state, they can't win the electoral votes from that state. This would also apply to Cornell West's campaign, but he's not on the CA ballot. (The reason I'm asking is that the 54 electoral votes from California are currently being included in the "ballot access" count, but he can't legally win those votes so I don't understand why they would count.) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:4808:2950:1100:4C12:CAB9:A292:9EA9 (talk) 16:37, 19 June 2024 (UTC)
- Disregard -- upon further research, Kennedy is registered in NY, so I'm going to edit the page to reflect that. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:4808:2950:1100:4DA:FD5D:2815:7D6F (talk) 20:53, 21 June 2024 (UTC)
Tom Hoefling running as independent?
editSaw that Thomas Hoefling - who ran for president thrice before (2012, 2016, 2020) - has announced that he's running again as an independent.
Not sure if he's filed officially yet, but given his background, he's definitely worth a mention somewhere once he does file. MikeyX58 (talk) 00:28, 28 June 2024 (UTC)
