Effect on Pension
editIf Kelly had been sacked his service pension, and his widow's pension if he should leave a widow, would have been lost. After his suicide his widow was entitled to pension. So, if he had been threatened with dismissal, he had a motive for suicide, ie to protect his wife's financial future. Esedowns (talk) 20:07, 24 June 2022 (UTC)
