Mongolia
editMongolia seems a natural fit with the partnership. Any idea why it is not involved? Heaviside glow (talk) 22:43, 13 November 2019 (UTC)
- Because Mongolia has no FTA with ASEAN. Khestwol (talk) 04:49, 14 November 2019 (UTC)
- Why haven't they pursued an FTA with ASEAN? Heaviside glow (talk) 22:35, 27 January 2020 (UTC)
- Hmm, because we even don't know how the RCEP would allow the potential enlargements, unlike CPTPP, the RCEP "official website" even doesn't mention this thing. Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 11:13, 3 October 2021 (UTC)
- Mongolia has no port access. so RCEP is not a priority for them, especially since they export mainly resources, and there no tarriff on them to require a FTA, this is not to say Mongolia doesn't manufacture good or have FTA, it just low priority. we should have a section on enlargement in the talk page. 101.127.15.2 (talk) 00:13, 2 April 2022 (UTC)

False accusation and content removal by an IP user
editThis edit by an IP user removed well-sourced and due materials and made a number of false accusations without giving any evidence in the form of diffs or links.
I have since restored the previous version and made a few adjustments and improvements. All my additions were based on POVs that already exist in RSes, and I have listed them in the citations. This is standard WP:NPOV practice. Editors should discuss first on the talk page before removing well-sourced and due materials. Normchou 💬 17:32, 4 February 2021 (UTC)
Myanmar completed ratification or not?
editI have no idea if thestar.com.my page told me the details or not about this question. Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 02:31, 13 November 2021 (UTC)

Chile requests its accession to the RCEP
editChile has formally requested accession to the RCEP, marking a significant development as the first country from the Americas to seek membership in the treaty (as I know). Claudia Sanhueza, Undersecretary of International Economic Relations, delivered the request letter to Satvinder Singh, Assistant Secretary General for the ASEAN Economic Community. https://www.subrei.gob.cl/sala-de-prensa/noticias/detalle-noticias/2024/06/14/chile-inicia-negociaciones-con-indonesia-para-profundizar-acuerdo-comercial — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lalodeferrari (talk • contribs) 21:03, 15 June 2024 (UTC)
