I want to educate the readers based on the malnutritioned text books offered by the federal government of Nigeria to students of this contemporary age, most secondary school students offering government don't know anything about the formation of the Gowon newly created 12 states. Furthermore also, do they know of future and administrative settings as embarked on different governments since 1960. They say; a history not been told is a history that never existed, different occurrences in administration and change in constitution has always gained center stage with different governments, perhaps it became stabilized with the introduction of the 1999 constitution, but a glitch in the matrix is perhaps how the all embracing 1999 Westminster constitution has been interpreted by emerging governments.
