It's not an article, it's a list. And, no, it is indeed doubtful that a list of seven things will grow beyond seven things. The individual wonders have their own articles. The Georgia article is already too long and needs to be divided into several smaller articles. A reference to the list or category in the main Georgia article would certainly be in order.
