Expand on how Gowers norm can be used as a metric for the "randomness" of a set of numbers

I just added a citation to https://www.quantamagazine.org/mathematicians-catch-a-pattern-by-figuring-out-how-to-avoid-it-20191125/ which says The test generates a single number quantifying the amount of structure in the set — or, to put it differently, it quantifies how far the set is from being a set of random numbers..
