I see from the town's web page that it was just a parish council until 1985, when it achieved town status. How did that occur? There is no mention of town government on this article. In addition, there is no mention of the parish itself: different from the town since it is a larger area. I have added Marsh Green and Chiddingstone, but only because I came across the former's article. Are there no other outlying places governed from the Town Council? Kingdom Hall registered for marriages (missing/inaccurate reference)

edit

The Kingdom Hall was registered for marriages in 1999, the article says, with a reference to the London Gazette. However, that page of the Gazette says nothing about any Kingdom Hall; the only barely related thing is a note that a Shikh Temple which was registered for marriages is now disused, and so unregistered. And that's in Leeds, nowhere near Kent.

You haven't said what you think is wrong with the coordinates in the article, and they appear to be correct. If you still think that there is an error, you'll need to provide a clear explanation of what it is. Deor (talk) 19:17, 30 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
