  • Lead:
  • No infobox here?
Dr. Blofeld removed it a few days ago with the edit summary "better without the hideous infobox". Cwmhiraeth (talk) 09:25, 23 April 2016 (UTC)Reply
  • one of eight counties in Wales Not clear if there were eight counties in Wales at the time or this was one of the eight that had county councils.
Clarified. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 09:25, 23 April 2016 (UTC)Reply
  • I think "Romans", "Normans", "Act of Union", "English Crown" and "Chester" should be wikilinked.
Done. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 09:25, 23 April 2016 (UTC)Reply
  • "Cheshire" is linked twice.
Done. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 09:25, 23 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

Done. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 09:25, 23 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

  • The population as of 2007 More recent figures available?
The Office for National Statistics produces data but it has a difficult to negotiate, useless website and I could not find any more recent figures. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 09:25, 23 April 2016 (UTC)Reply
  • Tourism is nowadays the main source of income in Clwyd The line "The economy of Clwyd depends on a mixture of industrial, agricultural and tourism activities" does not seem to highlight the significance of tourism in the economy.

Point of View / Citations

edit

In a couple of instances, the article appears to include a point of view without it being supported by any unambiguous citations. The article also states that tourism is the main economic sector in the area, again uncited, but appears unlikely based on the prevalence of industrial estates and the large commercial and retail centres within the area.
