Earthquake effect on the dam

since the dam is in a seismologically active area i'm thinking there should be a section about Earthquake effect on the dam, incidents of population evacuation and such heres an article that might be relevant for backround https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0013795297000720 and more recent
