Contested deletion

This article should not be speedy deleted as having no substantive content, because... I am wanting to Redirect the page Association of Independent Producers (AIP) to this page

The Reason for this is that after much searching there isn't a clear way of changing the title of my original page.

If you can help I would be very glad
