Deputy Mayor of Tshwane

edit

During her term as the City of Tshwane Deputy Executive Mayor so far, Dr. Moya has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving service delivery.[7]

She has notably led the charge in the Rooiwal Waste Water Treatment Plant project, where substantial progress has been made to improve the plant’s capacity to purify waste water.[8][9][10]

This was seen as a critical step towards ensuring clean water is accessible for thousands of households in the community of Hammanskraal north of Tshwane, after a cholera outbreak[11][12] in the area in 2023 put its quality of water under the spotlight.[13]
