Southwest Airlines Flight 4069 was a domestic flight from Harry Reid International Airport to Will Rogers World Airport. During its landing attempt the plane nosed down to 525 feet and had a low altitude alert and almost crashed. The plane, a Boeing 737-800 went around and landed the plane at 5:16 UTC.
