The Caja de Compensación Familiar del Valle del Cauca (Comfandi), originally Caja de Compensación Familiar del Valle del Cauca Comfamiliar Andi, is a private, non-profit social enterprise, supervised and controlled by the Family Subsidy Superintendency, according to Law 21 of 1982. It provides health, education, subsidy, housing, recreation, and cultural services.

Comfandi began its work in October 1957 with 277 affiliated companies, aiming to promote social solidarity between employers and workers by granting subsidies in cash or kind and providing services to affiliated workers and their families. In recent years, it has closed its family box supermarkets in some cities and towns in Valle del Cauca.
