edit

The boat was built by C&C Yachts in the United States, starting in 2012, but it is now out of production.[1][3][5]

Design

edit

The C&C 101 is a small recreational keelboat, built predominantly of fiberglass. It has a fractional sloop, an internally-mounted spade-type rudder and a fixed fin keel. It displaces 8,100 lb (3,674 kg) and carries 3,351 lb (1,520 kg) of lead ballast.[1][3]

The boat has a draft of 6.50 ft (1.98 m) with the standard keel fitted.[1][3]

The boat is fitted with an inboard engine. Its fuel tank holds 20 U.S. gallons (76 L; 17 imp gal) and the fresh water tank has a capacity of 30 U.S. gallons (110 L; 25 imp gal).[1][3]

The design has a hull speed of 7.32 kn (13.56 km/h)[3]
