English: This home, at 1115 5th Street SE, Minneapolis, MN, was converted to sorority use by Alpha Xi Delta in 1924, occupying it until they ceased operations in 1960. The chapter came back to campus at a different location in the mid-1980s. For use on the page List of fraternities and sororities at the University of Minnesota.

The building is currently known as The Wales House, a bed & breakfast. After Alpha Xi Delta, Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity owned or rented the building, which they vacated upon purchase of their new, larger home.
